Customer Service Officer


We are looking for a customer service officer.

Job Tasks
  1. Answer incoming calls
  2. Maintain a high level of call quality & customer satisfaction
  3. Update all received queries/ complaints in the ZOHO support Ticket system
  4. Ensure that the customer complaint is closed looped, resolution is updated in ticket for future reference & solution given to all customer complaints.
  5. Update all received new leads into the ZOHO CRM system
  6. Make sales/ survey/ service calls to customers
  7. Fill applications and complete documentation for new acquisitions. (100% daily, all received before 12 noon to be handed over to Nirushika by 9am the following morning.)
  8. Handle the General line of payable solution in queries and requests
  9. Act as a representative of Payable team for the customers at any given time
  10. Complete follow ups on your leads.

Education
  • Essential- Passed GCE A/L Examination
Experience
  • Desirable- Six months working experience in the field of Customer/ Public Relations.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Self- motivated, organized and efficient person.
  • Pleasant communication skills in Sinhala and English. (Tamil would be an added advantage)
  • Excellent coordination skills with team and customers.
  • Possess good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
