We are looking for a customer service officer.
- Answer incoming calls
- Maintain a high level of call quality & customer satisfaction
- Update all received queries/ complaints in the ZOHO support Ticket system
- Ensure that the customer complaint is closed looped, resolution is updated in ticket for future reference & solution given to all customer complaints.
- Update all received new leads into the ZOHO CRM system
- Make sales/ survey/ service calls to customers
- Fill applications and complete documentation for new acquisitions. (100% daily, all received before 12 noon to be handed over to Nirushika by 9am the following morning.)
- Handle the General line of payable solution in queries and requests
- Act as a representative of Payable team for the customers at any given time
- Complete follow ups on your leads.
